   I am finding now, in your videos and recipe books, you are leaning towards American ingredients and terms.
   I don’t see American cooking videos, making things easy for us Aussies … with all the stuff they can get from Trader Joe’s, etc.
   Please stay true to us Aussies.let us know where we can buy Australian products.
