  1. Not Keto because of the Carrots (Root veges have a lot of starch), but, OMG this is a Keeper!!! I wish I could post a photo. Turned out incredible! We roasted ours for 30 minutes at 450Β°F and it was perfect, then under the broiler to crisp the chicken like you did. Again, WOW!

  2. 2 years later and this is still one of the best meals I’ve learned from Sam. I even cheated one time and used [restaurant name] Italian dressing as my tossing sauce. Outstanding!

  3. Dr. Robert Atkins died from a blood clot on his brain as a result of slipping on ice and falling. He was 72.

  4. I know this is an old video but I am a recent fan of the channel and am watching older episodes so I'm sure others must be too. I didn't see any comment correcting the Dr Atkins comment so I will. Dr Atkins died from a closed head injury related to trauma from a fall not from his diet. Falls kill 10s of thousands of elderly people every year and Dr Atkins was elderly when he suffered the accident. Rant over love the channel

  9. Robert Atkins died at the age 72 after a serious fall that he hit his head and had a blood clot in his brain and died from complications.

  10. I think the Atkins guy died after falling. He slipped on ice on a sidewalk I believe. Just goes to show you, anything can get you. Eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we may die.
