Here’s an epic recipe from our new keto meal prep cookbook, low carb red lobster biscuits. These low carb biscuits tastes just like the cheddar bay ones they serve at red lobster, except these are gluten free and keto approved. The base of these low carb biscuits is almond flour, garlic and onion powder, and salt. Mix in some melted grass-fed butter and cheddar cheese, and all you have to do is roll the dough and bake the keto biscuits until golden brown. Each keto biscuit only has 1.8g net carbs and is perfect for a low carb and gluten free diet. Hope you guys give this biscuit recipe a try! Much Love..Bobby, Dessi, & Art XOXO

  2. Love watching cooking videos hosted by healthy and fit looking people! Very enjoyable. Thank you!

  3. Tried this recipe. Not as good as red lobster. Healthier substitute though. If you like salt definitely add more than what the recipe requires.

  4. thank you so sooooo much for this recipe – love it !!!!
it's perfect with soup or kefir, for breakfast …
I baked them smaller … since I have leftover green onions, I'll make a batch and freez it in.

  5. I've made these 4 times. We love them, however, they do not rise at all. I have found that if I pat them into less than round shape that works better. Should they rise?

  6. I came. I saw. I made. Wonderful. I did use a bit more cheddar, 5 oz. Mine was the mild cheddar, but medium I think would be just as good. I also used a cookie scoop (# 24) and got 15 biscuits. Did no rolling. Wow. Also – NO green onions, because well, onions and I are not friends.

  7. Thank you for adding the comment re: dairy free – I am new to Keto but lactose intolerant. I know it ain't cheese as Art said, but at least I can digest it!

  8. 🤣🤣🤣 I got to run to the store cause I boiled All my eggs this morning making Pickled Eggs 🤣
(Having the biscuits with beef stew)

  9. I followed this recipe exactly but mine came out DRY and crumbly! 🙁 Any ideas how that could be?

  10. Overall the Biscuits were delicious and flavorful. The biscuits were on the dry side, but I spread grass fed butter and enjoyed every bite.😊

  11. Wondering why mine came out so tiny? They are absolutely delicious but they don’t come out as large.

  12. Has anyone tried making these with some of the almond flour replaced with coconut flour? Two cups is a lot of almond flour.

  13. I made these last night. I can't believe how easy this recipe was, and the flavor and texture were so good that I can't wait to make them again. I weighed each biscuit at 40 grams and that made 11 biscuits. Thank you for the cheddar biscuits recipe, I'll be looking up all of your recipes, and you have a new sub.

  14. I've made these 2 times already, how come mine are not as large as the ones in the videos?

  15. I make these bad boys every time I make your out of this world Stew Meat Chili. Excellent!!

  16. I tried yours and I tried ketoconnects . i find ketoconnects cheddar bay biscuit blows this out of the park and way simpler

  17. Hey, Bobby! My wife made your recipe of the keto cheddar biscuits. Wow! It took me back to the days when I use to eat several baskets of those biscuits at Red Lobster. It actually made me feel a bit guilty. I just couldn’t believe they were keto. Thank you so much for sharing that video. I am one of your subscribers and I follow your weekly videos. God Bkess You, Bobby.

  18. I just made these minus the green onions they came out so good, im gonna eat them tomorrow for breakfrast! Gonna eat them with some breakfast patties and make lil sandwiches like 2 of them topped with cheese alongside a omelet.

It tastes really good im thinking about excluding the onion and garlic powder and just making buttered biscuits instead for breakfast. They are really good like crazy good

  19. Think i just found my new burger buns….. and breakfast sandwich buns…. and yeah… Gonna make these tomorrow.

Anyone know if i can press these down a bit instead of leaving it ball shaped? or is the biscuit shape enough for a burger?
