  1. I m on the 2nd week, here what i have learned. Everyone is different so in my case my body didnt really fight back with low carb reason is because I wasnt eating high carb before specially refine carbs. Has mild headaches which caused by fasting and caffeine withdrawal. 1. I am not crazy about drinking 8 cups o water a day, but on the this diet u need to drink but most importantly u need to add sea salt and potassium in your water everytime you drink otherwise drinking plain water cause more harm than any benifit. 2. Dont restrict your calories eat as normal, reason is your body at keto initial stages very inefficient with ketones and majority of ketones will be rejected in urine. So your body will struggle to survive with low blood glucose, if you dont eat enough it can cause serious problems. 3. Add protein to your keto diet, this wont break your keto but can help your body to produce glucose for vital organs. 4. Take it easy, dont excersize like crazy, during intitial stages your body goes through a lot of changes, adding additional stress only make it worse and cause to either fail keto or slow body fat adaptation and potentially hospitalizations. Good luck keto world.

  2. somehow I dont believe this girl-dude is ok thou- because it's clearly written on her chubby face that's she's not on keto for , at least, year an a half ๐Ÿ™‚ no offence ๐Ÿ˜‰

  3. I can now realise the difference between real hunger and just me craving. Thank God for keto.

  4. I don't like meal prep because the food doesn't taste as good as when it's first made and if there's food in the fridge or if there's a recipe that has more than one serving I just end up eating more that's why I like recipes that are just one serving

  5. I quit drinking when I started keto. I feel like alcohol and keto do not mix. You need to make a commitment to make every calorie count.

  6. I fell off keto gained my 50lbs back and a bunch more. Just starting over. Love ur common sense approach

  7. Strict keto here ๐Ÿ‘‹ I'm 11 days in and since yesterday I've noticed the scale not moving. I'm consuming about 1,000 calories a day. Less than 7 carbs a day no sugars. I'm using carb manager by the way. On my first week (which was living hell btw ๐Ÿคฃ) I lost alot of water weight like 13-14 pounds. Now I'm at a plateau ๐Ÿ˜ช any tips? Also to note, I work in a shop and I would consider my job pretty active. I get around 14k steps in a day and I sweat my ass off! It's freaking mind boggling. Considering how retarded I was eating before I started the diet, I was litteraly Carb central. Thanks in advance

  8. I just want to say thank you for putting these videos out to help us I am just so appreciative ๐Ÿ’›

  9. Your cat was too adorable. And I love the remark regarding eating keto at a restaurant, even if you end up with just meats and veggies…it's sad but doable.

  10. I'm on Week 1. Was very tired day 3-5. Does everyone lose a lot of weight during the first week? I have a feeling I won't be losing any yet. Is that normal?

  11. What if you are disabled & doing Keto? Will you still lose weight? I can not exercise, but would like to do Keto.

  12. I've been talking about starting Keto for months. My husband is less than supportive. First it was "holidays" and in January it was our anniversary & my birthday ect ect. I finally told him that I'd wait til after my birthday, which was a couple of days ago. Today… like clockwork, he went out and bought my a dozen of my favorite donuts. When I rolled my eyes & questioned it, he said "you can start Monday." ๐Ÿ™„ I don't know if I have the patience to deal with blatant sabotage.
