  2. So far, I'm in love with this pot. I was able to eliminate my rice cooker MyBest.Kitchen steamer and stove top pressure cooker from my cupboards as well. Works great and I have found several great recipes online. Pinto beans are a breeze with this pot.

There was the first that popped onto my search results, & I'm glad. I'm preparing this simple & easy meal right now. I'll be using some Shirataki noodles by Simple truth Organics to make this recipe. Additionally I'll be having some asparagus made in the airfryer to go with it.

  5. Very delicious. Our first recipe with our instant pot. It came out so delicious. We used frozen chicken breast tenders, 4 oz. each and cooked them for 10 minutes, then let it sit for 10 minutes while pressure naturally depressurized. Came out great.

  6. I would definitely add the cream after the cooking. Not advisable to pressure cook cream as it curdles.

  7. I love my Instant Pot but I'm shocked that this cooked in 5 minutes! I've never used thawed chicken breasts in mine though but I will soon because this looked so good!!

  9. I made this a couple of weeks ago because I ran across the video & it looked & sounded good, I will make it again sometime but not with all that butter.

    It is good but for people without a gallladder beware. It is too greasy & tore me up for 2 days. I rarely eat anything greasy anyway & haven't for years before my gallbladder was removed.

    I'm gonna look at some more of your videos to see what looks good. I don't follow keto but my older son gave me a butter chicken recipe a couple of years ago & OMG that is good. I don't know if it is 1 of yours or not. It gets better every day. I usually make a triple recipe when I do it.

  12. Okay, I made this tonight for whole family – a huge pot – I did add ranch season pack to sauce and shredded chicken after cooking then served over steamed Zoodles – absolute victory! So very filling, even with ranch season pack I nailed my numbers. I made the Zoodles here so I was 15 minutes late starting fasting as it took more time. This one is a keeper. I’m the only one on Keto so finding recipes that my family will love is like extra presents at Christmas! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  15. Wow! I think you could do exactly the same thing sous vide at 140ºF for 2h. Might be interesting to compare and see which is more juicy. I usually just use EVOO, garlic, onion and crushed red pepper. For thickening, I like glucomannan.

  19. I find it ridiculous that you guys are saying in your videos: nuts are bad for weight loss, berries – we don't eat them. And yet you guys eat keto icecream and cookies. That's a wrong approach to the diet and gives people the wrong idea about keto. Berries are better for you than cookies. Let's settle that. I get sustainability is important but I find more and more contradicitons in your videos diet wise. Unsubscribed.

  20. So many great possibilities! Add touch of garlic or onions. Use either fresh, or try Penzey’s roasted garlic powder or dried shallot powder. Or homemade Adobo Goya equivalent since Goya is on my No-Go(ya) list these days. For seasoning try Herbes de Provence. Add mushrooms!

  21. I decided to just mad binge your entire youtube channel. I can't seem to stomach alot of keto foods (Plain chicken, avocado, oils, butter, plain eggs) So I've been fasting about 22hrs daily out of avoidance. Listening to keto recipes might help me get a few pointers.
