  1. Thank goodness for the Dr Bergs of this world. The ignorance of Americans is astonishing; hence why they are so fat.

  2. Why does some cheese has salt in it? Salt means that it has low fat? What is meant by high salt, low salt and no salt cheese?

  3. My local grocery stores have an excellent selection of international and domestic high end cheeses. I love my cheese. My favourite is feta made from sheep's milk and goat cheese. I usually have a block of kerry gold cheddar (or the equivalent) in the fridge as well.

  4. I am learning so….much listening and beginning to implement. I have worked to get the proper foods in and wrong ones out, ready to start Intermittent fasting. So I knew that I wanted at least to have a basic understanding so that I can move toward success. Your videos are better then diamonds!!. I am glad that you are continually teaching and that we have access if we have questions. Thank you for investing in our lives!

  5. Reality is…. if cheese is so bad, then the FDA is doing a horrible job. Grass fed maybe the best but we will not find so many brands at your local supermarket. I have nothing against organic foods, but the prices are so high.

  6. Is original Cheez Whiz Keto friendly? I read the label and the sugars read 3 grams per 2 teaspoons. , which doesn't seem that bad. Can anyone shed any light on this?

  7. Here in the Netherlands 100% grass fed cheese most be that the cows at least 120 days a year in the field……..

  8. Thank you for all the information, I want you to get all the information I can before I completely become a keto lifer😃

  9. So eating cheese is not unhealthy? For some reason I assumed it was same like eating oily food.
Please correct me if I'm wrong

  10. I haven’t been able to stop eating cheese. Just craving it like crazy. I’ve eaten an ungodly amount of cheese this week.

  11. When I try to google grass fed chews products in Australia, I found there is no results. And then I googled how Australian fed cows. It showed grass fed is predominant in Australia.
I guess put "grass fed" on products is an American thing.

  12. Similarly" full synthetic "motor oil means little if anything. 100% synthetic means that it is a true chemically engineered synthetic motor oil.

  13. Sorry but ORGANIC costs twice as much I have a fixed income 7 dollars for a dozen eggs 10 dollars for grass fed chop meat

  14. Whatever happen to grams and kilograms i never understand onces I never heard of 100 percent grass feed and i had never saw in supermarkets and must be very expensive if found

  15. My Naturopathic Doc says stay away from dairy bc of what it does in the gut, especially cheese. Says it's like sledge in the intestine.

  16. So, for one, most people arent millionaires and thus cant afford to eat grass fed everything, which is insanely expensive, and second, grass fed isnt found anywhere except local farmers markets….which most people do not have access to.This isnt realistic.

  17. The Agoge diet works great and you feel good, in contrast to keto. Keto isn't supposed to be adhered to by healthy people and without medical supervision.

  18. I usually shop costco, but near found good cheese! Can anyone tell me where I can buy good cheese in Vancouver BC?

  19. Eating grass-fed cheese and meats, as well as organic food, sounds wonderful, but many people can't afford it.

  20. And he also mentioned cheese is included in the dirty keto section in another video. Which Dr. Berg I should listen to?

  21. If you love grass fed so much just eat the grass yourself. I don't have these fancy expensive food alternatives
