So the poop test what happens if you have an autoimmune disease that affects your poop? I have crohns so would that completely mess up the test? I also have psoradic arthritis and psoriasis so I'm sure my test would show all kinds of inflammation

The MCT Bar bars have Soluble Corn Fiber and that's really bad for you. It's also known as maltodextrin. So that doesn't even buffer any of the carbs in the bar.
