  1. I'm in my first week of south beach diet and I can visibly see my gut reduce in bloating and inflammation. I feel so much better physically and mentally. I am waiting for the 7th day to weigh in. I guarantee I've lost a good amount of weight

  4. It is refreshing seeing a favorable TV interview without the normal Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian spouting off their nonsense like "your brain needs carbs, so you must eat carbs." I doubt that many carb addicts will believe Dr. Agatston's comments about how different you feel after beating carb/sugar addiction. It is certainly not easy to do, especially if you don't dig into the science and instead just listen to everybody around you. Hopefully, this message will strike home with some people and help them on their journey. I am in year 8 of keto and dropped from 352 to 192 over the first three years and have been maintaining since then.
