  5. Just had a coffee with 3,5% fat milk and two tea spoons of sugar. Imagine being scared of good taste. As long as u work out regularly it should be fine.😂

  9. I add oat milk protein based, with very very low sugar , and no artificial sweeteners and then some stevia extract.
    Another thing that really is nice to have is MCT oil and put the coffee in the blender and it becomes frothy. NCT is very helpful for the brain you only need a little bit.
    The worst thing about non-dairy creamers is that they always leave a film on your teeth even if you get the sugar free version but that is because of the corn syrup and other stuff that's added.

  11. wow what kind of brain-less idiot says you need cows' breast milk for your coffee – does that even make sense to you people?! a vast majority of non-whites are lactose intolerant to begin with, but the unwatchable cruelty that has to be inflicted upon gentle mom cows (repeatedly impregnated every year) and her babies (small "humane" farms legally hack baby cows to death with pickaxe to save on bullets) – it's nothing that ANY DECENT HUMAN BEING should be paying for a cup of dairy-creamer added coffee. Please don't just accept "common practices" as the way things should ALWAYS be.
