This video shares what you can eat in a day for a HEALTHY KETOGENIC diet.

CHIA SEED PUDDING: 
•2 cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk.
•1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
•1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
•1/3 cup chia seeds
•stevia to taste

*Add chia seeds, nut milk, vanilla, and stevia to mason jar, shake, and place in fridge for 2-12 hours. Remove when ready to eat and top with coconut flakes

SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE: 
•1/2 banana (frozen) 
•unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
•1-2 tsp spirulina
•vanilla (optional)

*add all ingredients to blender and blend

TEMPEH BOWL:
•Tempeh 
•Clean tomato sauce (low/sodium -free)
•Parmilla vegan cheese
•Nutritional Yeast
•Chia Seeds (optional)
•Any non-starchy vegetables- zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, etc

*dice tempeh into cubes or slices and cook in pan with tomato sauce and veggies of choice. Once veggies are cooked, mix in vegan cheese and nutritional yeast. Top with chia seeds for extra protein and fiber!

  7. You need carbs in your diet, keto is not sustainable. That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it worked great for me.

  8. My experience suggests that the ketogenic diet is over-hyped. A good diet is supposed to be easy to follow and be healthy. Agoge diet is a great option, I lost a lot of persistent belly fat.

  17. People should stop promoting the keto diet, it is not a diet anyone should adhere to without doctor supervision. Everyone should eat a diverse diet and that includes carbs. For me, the Agoge diet plan worked wonders, I no longer have visible cellulite and lost significant amounts of fat.
