Look out though for hidden emulsifiers that can be in certain cheeses for instance. Quality cheese is a very important part of od KETO.
I love cauliflower rice I'm always at Walmart that's a good fine and they also sell it grated at Dollar tree love knowing new things at stores I like to shop at 😁
