I understand it may be hard starting keto or knowing exactly what to buy at the grocery store . In this keto diet haul I am going to be showing you what to buy and look for while grocery shopping. This is the exact grocery list I used on my weight loss journey .

Avocado oil, Brain Octane Oil, cacao butter, cod liver oil, grass-fed butter and ghee, krill oil, MCT oil, pastured bacon fat, pastured egg yolk, pastured lard, pastured marrow, pastured tallow, sunflower lecithin, virgin coconut oil,cheese.

Asparagus, avocado, bitter greens, bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, celery, chard, collards, cucumbers, endive, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, nori, olives, radish, spinach, summer squash, zucchini.

  5. Hi Rosa! You're such a lovely and inspiring person!! You mentioned you're on the taller side-how tall are you? I'm also a tall girl with about 100 pounds to lose- I'm 250 and 5'10''. I lost about 50 pounds with omad in the past but then got a job at a bakery and gained back everything- smart move right? I'm trying the omad again but my problem right now is that I seem to be able to eat enormous amounts of calories- over 2000 in the span of 2 hours.

And also..I say this humbly I dont mean to offend you but around your eyes the makeup is really white,a slightly darker tan to match your pigmentation would look so bomb!!   11. I started back the keto diet and have been averaging to lose a pound a day. I started my weight-loss journey in 2012 weighing 199 lbs. In the same year I lost 70lbs, went down to 130lbs and kept it off for 8years. Now it's time for me to loose the last 20 lbs I need to lose to get down to 110 and keep it off forever. 19 more lbs to go.😔
