  1. The first time I did keto a few years ago I never experienced keto ‘flu’ I tried it again about six months ago and got the ‘flu’ which caused me to stop the diet. I started keto again a week ago and once again am experiencing the symptoms (as bad as keto ‘flu’ is there is no comparison to real flu) I wouldn’t want that again. I went for a 3 mile walk yesterday and had to drag myself home. Hoping it eases soon, I don’t want to give up again.

  2. Jeremy your description of the flu and WHY is the best description ever! So many talk like I can AVOID it … I have every electrolyte… supplement… Himalayan pink salt etc. there’s no way around it for me. I do this to heal MS and was insulin resistant when I began. It’s NOTHING that had to do with me doing anything wrong lol.

  3. Thank you for getting back to me. I am doing much better today. I did more research and realized because I have had a gastric bypass this diet is not healthy for me. Though trading more I can still be on it but cannot consume the fats recommended. So I just need to cut most of them out and focus on more healthy proteins. With that adjustedment I will continue on the diet. I did read 2 books before starting and either did not address the gastric bypass. Oh well, moving forward with it with the adjustments. On a great note I started my son on it too and he has lost 9 lbs in 9 days! Blessings Sandra

  5. I lost 10kg on keto for 6 months Reversed my diabetes. Slept better. Weight loss stopped my heavy snoring. Didnt hv any adverse effects.

  6. You shouldn't feel ill if a diet is balanced, it's what i talk about on my channel. Keto i believe should be done for the short term.
