► Salad Shaker and Container

French dressing ingredients:
2/3 cup – Original V8
Liquid sugar substitute equal to 1/4 cup of regular sugar (12 drops)
1/4 cup – vinegar
1 Tbs – yellow mustard
1 tsp – salt
1/2 tsp – pepper
1/2 Tbs – onion powder
1 tsp – garlic powder
1 Tbs – low carb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup – avocado oil
1/2 tsp – xanthan gum

Recipe makes 1 ½ cups

Per serving 2 Tbs (recipe divided by 12):
89 calories / 9.08g fat / 1.03g net carbs / 0.26g protein

    to find a salad dressing that doesn't have Soybean or Canola Oil, those are
    both very unhealthy oils. I will write down this recipe and be using it

  9. thanks for this!….I have figured out most dressings, condiments, sauces (our LC bbq sauce recipes are almost identical)……but this one I had not figured out yet!….. sweet and tangy poppy seed (just mayo, lemon juice, vinegar, sucralose and poppy seeds) is my favorite but this one would be a close second <3
