Welcome to Saucy Sunday! Today we have my zesty low carbohydrate French dressing. We use a popular vegetable drink to make an awesome addition to an otherwise boring salad. Great for low carb and keto diets!

French dressing ingredients:
2/3 cup – Original V8
Liquid sugar substitute equal to 1/4 cup of regular sugar (12 drops)
1/4 cup – vinegar
1 Tbs – yellow mustard
1 tsp – salt
1/2 tsp – pepper
1/2 Tbs – onion powder
1 tsp – garlic powder
1 Tbs – low carb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup – avocado oil
1/2 tsp – xanthan gum
Recipe makes 1 ½ cups
Per serving 2 Tbs (recipe divided by 12):
